We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and tracking

7. How we share information
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our business, including email and productivity, customer relationship management, marketing automation, workflow automation, and communications platforms. These providers may process your contact information, communications, and related business data on our behalf, solely to perform services for us and consistent with this Privacy Policy. Our service providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. They include:

- Zapier: provides workflow automation that securely transfers information between the services we use.
- Typeform: processes submissions from the GROW Network form.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy and security practices.
8. Use of artificial intelligence tools
BIC Government uses artificial intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Google’s Gemini, and Anthropic’s Claude, to support business operations such as drafting, research, analysis, and administrative tasks. When we use these tools, limited business or contact information may be processed by the AI provider. Our use of Microsoft Copilot is under an enterprise agreement that includes contractual data protection commitments, and our data is not used to train Microsoft’s models. For other AI tools, we enable available privacy and data controls to limit how our information may be used. We do not input sensitive personal information into AI tools, and any client materials handled with AI assistance are processed consistent with the confidentiality obligations in our client agreements and any applicable contractual requirements.
9. Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, then dispose of it when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your privacy rights
We operate from Virginia. The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) gives Virginia residents certain rights over personal data held by businesses that meet its coverage thresholds, including the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
- Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you
